About a month ago or several months ago, I cant remember exactly. My desktop wont start, since I know a little bit about troubleshooting I started to work on the PC immediately. After several minutes of troubleshooting I found out that one of the motherboard's memory or ram slot broke. Because the PC would still detect that there are still two rams installed it would still try to read or use the one installed in the broken slot. So what I did is to completely remove the ram from the broken slot then start my PC.

Toot... Hummmms... and now it runs.

My PC is now running on 512mb of ram! (yeah I know why the hell am I still running on 1gb of ram, well lets just say purchasing a new PC is not in my need-to-buy-now-list)

So there I was satisfied that finally I can use my PC again.
Fast forward several weeks after. I started to notice and feel the effects of running on 512mb. But its okay, I can still use the PC. It only hangs on pages with heavy images or if I have 10 or more tabs open.

Fast forward several weeks again after. Loading updates on Facebook is now taking more time than usual, opening Adobe Photoshop seems like eternity and I can only open five or less tabs.

Fast forward to now. PC hangs when I try to quickly move from one tab to another (and there's only three tabs open!), it hangs when I try to hover over a heavy image and it hangs when it decided it wants to hang. And yes mouse flying without wings can now be seen here in the house.

But don't get me wrong, I love my PC. It has been a good companion to me for a very long time now, we were able to survive and surpass several worms, malwares and trojan attacks. Helped me with hours of video and graphic editing. Saved millions of word and hundreds of document. Revived from several crashes. And has never been upgraded once. So, to my Intel P4 3.6ghz, 512mb ram (former 1gb), 512mb Inno3D graphic card, Asus DDR2 board - Thank you and trust me I will use you until you crawl to a stop!

Or maybe ill just salvage whatever useful parts you still have and I will create my self a Frankenstein of a PC!
